Please email or call one of our office staff at (972) 659-1235 to schedule an appointment if you are a patient. Our office will coordinate with the insurance carrier in order to determine whether the examination you desire is going to be covered.

Billing and Insurance for Providers

We have cordial relationships with various carriers and adjusters. As soon as you give us your final report we will attach a CMS1500 claim for to your report and send both to the carrier. It is not uncommon for us to receive payment from the carrier in less than 30 days.
